Return Policy

All our products come with a 12 month warranty, that is, we will accept return for repairment.
We allow 3 Days for you to check your item, in the event of any returned goods (for repairment, replacement or refund) 3 days later than your signment, it’s up to you to pay for the returning shipping costs, and cannot be compensated by us.

In case of serious errors made by AutoDVDGPS.com, the returning fees may be refundable, then AutoDVDGPS.com pays the cost of shipping replacements back to customers and also bears taxes and shipping fee of importing returned items back through China Customs. In the following cases, we can offer a full refund of both the original payment and the cost of shipping returned products on submission of a valid return shipping receipt using Postal service not courier as specified in our returns slip instructions.

1. We deliver wrong items to you;

2. We send goods in the wrong localized format, e.g. NTSC / PAL;

3. Online description of an item is wrong at the time of purchase, e.g. listing a functionality that is in fact not supported;

4. We send goods in the wrong color ONLY IF the customer actually specified a color choice in order comments or comments prior to the order.

Discussion with AutoDVDGPS.com’s Support Team is required before any return. Usually we can quickly and satisfactorily resolve your problems, so it is necessary to tell us FIRSTLY if your goods seem problematic.

All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.

All returned products should be shipped to us via Postal Office, not couriers such as DHL,UPS,TNT and Fedex.

Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty, such as dissassembling products, repairing or modifying components, flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.

Please carefully check the accessories and package before signing your item, in the event of missing accessories, we will ship the accessories to your without charging you shipping fee, and, in this case, we do not accept return.

In the event of an order including serveral items, we only accept returning of the wrong items which are supposed be returned after authorization.
